Handmade and one-of-a-kind products are final sale and non-refundable, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
We do not offer exchanges for these products.
8. CUSTOM & PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS
Custom and personalized products are available by request only.

Once a custom or personalized order has been approved and placed:
Custom and personalized orders are final sale and non-refundable.
